托福综合写作流程。本环节就是告诉考生，考试的时候需要先花3分钟读一篇阅读，同时需要做笔记。之后听一篇2~3分钟的听力，也需要做笔记，然后进入写作的界面。写作的时间是20分钟，需要写150~225字。
考场上考官会发给大家A4草稿纸。草稿纸是淡粉、淡黄、淡绿、淡蓝4种不同的颜色。如果是粉色，全场都是粉色，主要目的是防止作弊。
Writing Directions
For this task, you will read a passage about an academic topic. A clock at the top of the screen will show you how much time you have to read. You may take notes on the passage while you read. The passage will then be removed and you will?listen to a lecture?about the same topic. While you listen, you may also take notes.You will beable to see the reading passage again when it is time for you to write. You may use your notes to help you answer the question.
You will then have 20 minutes to write a response to a question that asks you about the relationship between the lecture you heard and the reading passage. Try to answer the question as completely as possible using information from the reading passage and lecture. The question does notask you to express your personal opinion. Typically, an effective response will be 150 to 225 words.
Your response will be judged on the quality of your writing and on the completeness and accuracy of the content.
Now you will see the reading passage for minutes. Remember that it will be available to you again when you write. Immediately after the reading time ends, the lecture will begin, so keep you headset on until the lecture is over.
第一步 阅读
进入到综合写作界面，首先，左边出现限时3分钟的阅读材料，右上角有个3分钟倒计时。时间一到，阅读就会自动消失。因此，要加快阅读速度，同时学会高效做笔记。
阅读答案的位置和如何高效做笔记都会在本书后面的综合写作环节中精讲。电脑屏幕上会出现如下的一篇阅读文章(摘自《托福考试官方指南》，以下简称OG)，考生有3分钟的时间来完成阅读。
In many organizations, perhaps the best way to approach certain new projects is to assemble a group of people into a team. Having a team of people attack a project offers several advantages. First of all, a group of people has a wider range of knowledge, expertise, and skills than any single individual is likely to possess. Also,because of the number of people involved and the greater resources they possess,a group can work more quickly in response to the task assigned to it and can come up with highly creative solutions to problems and issues. Sometimes these creative solutions come about because a group is more likely to make risky decisions that an individual might not undertake. This is because the group spreads responsibility for a decision to all the members and thus no single individual can be held accountable if the decision turns out to be wrong.
Taking part in a group process can be very rewarding for members of the team.Team members who have a voice in making a decision will not doubt feel better about carrying out the work that is imposed on them by others.Also, the individual team member has a much better chance to“shine”, to get his or her contributions and ideas not only recognized but recognized as highly significant, because a team’s overall results can be more far-reaching and have greater impact than what might have otherwise been possible for the person to accomplish or contribute working alone.
第二步 听力
在阅读环节结束之后，阅读界面会自动跳转到听力界面。在做听力题的过程中，听力界面不会出现任何英文提示。根据历次考试经验判断，听力播放时间为2~3分钟。因此，在本环节里，做听力笔记变得尤为重要。同样，具体的应试技巧会在本书后面的综合写作环节中精讲。
第三步 综合写作
听力材料结束后，刚才隐去的阅读内容会在屏幕的左边重新出现，同时屏幕右侧会有让考生输入文字的写作考试区，限时20分钟，最少150字。本环节的电脑界面的右上角同样会出现一个倒计时。
写作考试区虽然会有复制和粘贴功能，但还是建议考生自己写，以免造成大面积摘抄阅读原文的现象。如果摘抄过量的话，将会导致扣分。如果提前答完检查没问题了，可以点击右上角的continue键进入独立写作。
综合写作说明和任务如下(摘自OG)：
You have 20 minutes to plan and write your response. Your response will be judged on the basis of quality of your writing and on how well your response presents the points in the lecture and their relationship to the reading passage. Typically, an effective response will be 150 to 225 words.
